And in nothing doth man offend God, or against none is his wrath kindled, save those who confess not his hand in all things, and obey not his commandments.
Be grateful for the blessings that you have. Show gratitude for the people in your life that have taught you lessons, even if they are hard ones. Be grateful for your testimony of your Savior, and for His sacrifice for you and those around you. Not only can He make things right for you, but His is the power to heal all the negative consequences of your mistakes, whether they be your own consequences or those that others have had to deal with.
Don’t take for granted the blessings that you have in your life. You may lose those blessings at any time, either due to neglect or mistakes of your own, or that of others. I believe that quite often we lose some of the blessings we have because we simply don’t appreciate them like we should. Friends and family just seem to be there, and when we don’t appreciate them as we should, we may alienate them or simply regret that we didn’t get a chance to show how much they mean to us while we had the chance. Some chances in this life we just assume will be there because they have in the past, but because we don’t work hard enough, we lose them. Take advantage of situations as they arise, and don’t delay to use the tools that are being provided to you. They will not be there forever.
Be grateful, appreciate the things and people you have in your life. Show that appreciation. Let your Heavenly Father know how much you value the things and chances that He has given you.
